国税厅公布了“定额减税”的宣传册

首先

如上期所述,令和6年度税制改革法案在本届国会成立并颁布实施,定额减税措施将从6月开始实施。工资负责人员需要及早准备,以免在6月份出现混乱。

首先确定目标群体

1月30日,国税厅开设了关于定额减税的特设网站,并为预扣义务人(工资负责人)公布了“关于工资等预扣事务的令和6年所得税的定额减税的方法”为题的小册子。

内容包括工资负责人员执行的两项行政任务的细节:分别是每月减税事务和年度减税事务。

“每月减税事务"是指在令和6年6月1日或之后支付的工资等(包括奖金)的预扣税款中扣除定额减税(每月减税)的事务。

如果6月份不能全额扣除税款,则从7月份起陆续从预扣税款中扣除。

具体的步骤如下,从1.到3.,应该在定额减税制度开始的6月之前完成。

  4. 支付工资等时扣除
  5. 扣除后的事务

6月2日以后的中途入社不在对象范围内

工资负责人首先进行的扣除对象的确认(上述1.)中,必须选出符合每月减税事务的人员。截至令和6年6月1日仍在工作且已提交受抚养人免税声明的员工符合条件;从2处以上接受工资支付的乙栏适用者和6月2日以后中途加入公司的员工不符合条件。

刊登了各人扣除事迹簿的记载例

对于许多员工来说,预计初始预扣税款不足以扣除每月的减税金额。对于无法扣除的金额,最好使用同一小册子中的“个人扣除记录簿”。

当现有贷款的还款负担沉重、现金流紧张时,应考虑重新安排还款期。

没有新贷款之源时的对策?

如果一家公司向银行申请贷款,但没有成功,无法获得新的贷款,同时又有很多贷款,还款负担沉重,那么这家公司就会陷入财务困境。

处于这种情况的公司应考虑减少或推迟偿还目前正在偿还的贷款。减少或推迟偿还贷款称为重新安排还款期。

重新安排还款期可改善现金流。有些企业主有一个固定的想法,那就是必须偿还银行贷款,即使无法从银行获得新的贷款,也要尽力继续偿还贷款,而不重新安排还款期。然而,即使在犹豫是否重新安排还款期时,资金耗尽的可能性也会增加。

如何协商重新安排时间

最顺畅的重新安排流程是先与主银行协商,一旦确定了重新安排的政策,就将该政策通知主银行以外的其他银行,进行协商并征得他们的同意。
